Since 2013 we have advised mid-sized companies and public bodies on AI, trained their staff and built our own AI software. Anyone building an AI offering does not have to hire this team first: the components already run with us.

Why partner

Trust is the scarce asset. The AI team is the slow one.

    Companies want AI, but most will not hand confidential data to a provider they cannot audit. In our client work, security and data location are the first questions a managing director asks, usually before price.

    Data centres, IT service providers and consultancies have built that trust over years. It cannot be bought quickly.

    Trust alone does not produce AI revenue. Customers also need someone to find the right use cases, get their data into shape, provide the tools and train their people. Building that team from scratch costs years.

    That team and those tools exist. We deliberately do not run data centres, and that is exactly where a partnership starts.

Control above the infrastructure

Partner, we add control

Employees get the strongest model that their data allows, and the company decides the rules once.

Hosting, operation and certification stay with the partner. We supply the layer on top: which models are approved, which role may do what, which budget applies and which data may reach which model.

The rule set behind it already exists. Our KI-First Audit sorts company data into five classes, K0 to K4. The class decides per task whether a leading cloud model is allowed or a model on the partner's infrastructure must be used.

Data federation

We deliver

This is where most AI projects stall, and where we have the most experience.

Company data sits scattered across systems and is rarely machine-readable. We consolidate it into a data model, a data lake, transformation pipelines and access rights. We built exactly this for a group of around 30 online shops, including algorithmic marketing on top of the shared data.

Paper counts too. Arcafind makes handwritten and printed archives searchable and attaches the source and a confidence score to every field. KI-ProduktInfo passes values with a confidence above 0.85 automatically and sends everything below to a person for review.

A platform gets used once there is something useful in it on day one. That starter set exists.

Chat over company knowledge, document analysis, transcription, handwriting recognition, agents and workflows run under one login in KI Hub. Specialist apps for retail, live meetings, dental labs and structured decision-making come on top.

For quality review and labelling we bring the practice: we assess AI use and websites against the EU AI Act and the Cyber Resilience Act, each finding tied to an article and a dated legal status.

Consulting

We deliver

Onboarding is productised, so it scales with partners instead of depending on a few senior consultants.

The KI-First Audit covers in four modules where AI is already in use, where data flows and which use cases pay off, and ends with a roadmap. Strategy workshops, implementation and process support over four to twelve weeks follow.

We run client projects in our own project rooms with offer, timeline, documents and one-click approval.

Academy

We deliver

Trained employees are what turns platform seats into daily usage.

Prompt Arena turns slides, a PDF or an idea into a course. Participants join by QR code without an account, work live with several language models and finish with a report and a certificate. AI Handshake provides the everyday rules for working with AI, plus courses and a community.

We host in-person formats ourselves: workshops on site, at our own event venue in the Allgäu region and at the monthly “AI After Work” in Ulm.
